Wario Mask!!

Hey guys, it's Emmett, and for a sillier update today, I've made a Wario Mask! (I know it's a little crooked, but be kind.) This mask is great, because I can be safe while also showing off my love of garlic and money! I might make some other silly masks in the future, too, this was pretty fun to make!

Future Updates!

Hey guys, it's Emmett, and I'm sorry for some of the meager updates this week, but there's a reason for that! I'm currently in the middle of moving to New York!! Woah, crazy!!! So, yeah! I might release a tour of my current room before I head out, but look forward to cooler updates once I finish moving!

Metroid Prime Trilogy Rumors!

Hey guys, it's Emmett, and apparently there's a new rumor going around after a retailer listed a possible Metroid Prime Trilogy on the Switch to release June 19th! This would be very cool, as the Switch doesn't have any Metroid games on it yet, but also, June 19th seems very soon, considering they haven't announced it yet. I'm skeptical of this rumor, but hey, they announced Paper Mario, like, two months before release and that's a whole new game, so who knows!

Lego Mario Power-Ups?!

Hey guys, it's Emmett, and apparently for the new Lego Mario sets, there'll be these cool power-up packs! They change up how the game is played, but I really just like how they look! (Builder Mario is a standout for me.) Hopefully, if another wave of sets come out, maybe we can get even more costumes! Maybe a Cappy or the wedding costume from Odyssey? Or some other weird power-up, like Cloud Mario! Either way, these are very cool, and I want to get my hands on them!

Engarde Logo Explanation!

Hey guys!! It's Emmett, and today, I'll explain why my icon looks like that! It's got the little green anvil-looking thing in the center, but it's actually two "E"s facing each other. It's like that one two people/vase shadow trick. Plus, it's green and white, which is my usual color scheme. So, yeah! That's about it!

New Paper Mario!!! Agh!!!

Hey guys, it's Emmett and wowza!! A new Paper Mario game was just announced! It's called Paper Mario: Origami King, and it seems like a step in the right direction for the franchise! Bowser isn't the main antagonist, it seems like there's no world map, there's some kind of cool Bob-omb partner-ish guy, and the battle system is... different! Hey, at least the attacks aren't consumable this time. Either way, while we still don't know a whole bunch, I'm cautiously optimistic for this game!

Stacks of Scripts!!

Hey guys, it's Emmett, and I've been going through some of my old scripts! I found these binders full of random stuff I've written dating all the way back to 2016! I used to write experimental YouTube video scripts, as well as a bunch of TV show pilots and movie/play pitches. (The binder labelled "The Swingman" is actually a full-length play!) I might end up showing off some more of these in particular, but I just thought this would be a cool thing to share!

My Bowser Audition!

Hey guys! It's Emmett, and today, I thought I'd share something I've done recently. This is my audition for the role of Bowser in Mayo's Super Hoohoo Adventures YouTube show! I tried to have a good mix of faithfulness to the original character (specifically voice clips from Odyssey or the Mario & Luigi games) as well as being pleasant to listen to.
